Here Goes Nothing

Lets see how this pans out, so we are in the process of moving forward business wise after 5 years, yep, how time flies when your having fun, with a website coming as well as a liquor license, some video cooking and photo's of whats going on around the joint and time off escapades, and to show that restaurant life isn't always as glamorous as the "foodie" shows make it out to be.
There will be ranting and raving, but that is our view, some may not like it, but too bad!!
We'll try to keep this pretty light hearted and entertaining, so with out further delay.
